I have not received my activation email, what should I do?

Check your junk mail folder and if the activation email is not there go to the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on the sign in page.




Background

To complete your user registration on the platform you must first verify your email address by using an activation link that will be emailed to you. Email authentication allows us to uniquely identify you as a user. Once you have registered your organisation and entered your user details, an activation link will be emailed to you.




Steps

1. Check your email inbox including your junk mail folder to see if you have received the link

2. If there is no activation email, go to the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on the Sign in page

3. Enter the email address that you used to register and the activation email will be resent to your email address

4. Follow this link to select a secret question and complete the set up of your user account
